PROMPT ERP LIMITED (“PEL”) is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you know how we treat the information we receive from you, on the Internet.
In general, you can visit PEL on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our Web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. PEL uses this information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of its site. Your accessing our site signifies your unconditional consent to allow the collection of your domain names.
There are times, however, when we may need information from you, such as your name and address. When information is needed, we will try (but are not obligated) to let you know at the time of collection, how we will use the personal information. Usually, the personal information we collect is used only by us to respond to your inquiry, process an order or allow you to access specific account information. Occasionally, we may make the e-mail addresses, of those who provide information, available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you may find interesting. If you register with one of PEL’ business units online, they may use this information to provide you with custom information about PEL’ offering in support of your business needs. A technology called cookies may be used to provide you with tailored information. A cookie is a tiny element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your hard drive so we can recognize you when you return. You may set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Registering with any PEL business unit online signifies your unconditional consent to receive such cookies.
At times we conduct online surveys to better understand the needs and profiles of our visitors. When we conduct a survey, we will try (but are not obligated) to let you know how we will use the information at the time we collect information from you on the Internet.
You recognize and understand that there is no compulsion on you to provide us with your personal information and any and all personal information provided by you to us is with your full consent, own volition and desire to provide such personal information. Google User Data :-
If you connect your Google account to our service, we may access certain Google user data through the Google APIs solely to provide the features you request. Our use of Google user data is limited to the permissions you grant through Google OAuth, including the gmail.send scope.
How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Google User Data
We do not sell, rent, or use Google user data for advertising or targeted marketing.
We may disclose or transfer Google user data only when necessary to provide the service you request, such as:
Service providers and subprocessors that process data on our behalf to operate, secure, or maintain our service. These providers are contractually required to protect the data and may only process it for authorized purposes.
Legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where Google user data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for their own advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
We also do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the user-requested functionality.
Data Protection and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Depending on the type of data and how it is processed, these safeguards may include:
Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Encryption of stored data where applicable.
Access controls and authentication mechanisms designed to limit access to authorized personnel and systems.
Limiting employee and service-provider access to Google user data to what is necessary to perform their authorized functions.

We do not request or store your Google account password. OAuth access is granted and managed through Google's authorization mechanisms.
Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When Google user data is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
You may request deletion of Google user data associated with your account by contacting us at support@promptindia.com. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our legitimate operational requirements.
If you revoke our application's Google access through your Google account, we will no longer be able to access Google data using the revoked authorization. We will also delete or de-identify stored Google user data that is no longer required for a legitimate purpose, subject to applicable legal or security requirements.
Gmail Permissions
Our application requests the gmail.send permission only when necessary to provide email-sending functionality requested by you. We use this permission to send emails through your Gmail account on your behalf.
We do not use the gmail.send permission to read your Gmail inbox, read your emails, modify your mailbox, or access unrelated Google services.
Our handling of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
